Why order online?

Online orders are actually processed slightly faster than phone orders. We are notified by email immediately when you order online, and when we retrieve the order, it's complete with the address and contact information that you typed in yourself! Of course, telephone orders are also welcomed by calling 877-204-6953.

Shipping: 

Utopia Gardens, ships only within the continental USA. Method of shipping is determined by us or by our suppliers. However, packages are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx and sometimes as freight. Shipping charges are calculated by total weight of everything purchased and are as follows: 

0 - 12 pounds = $16.00,

12 - 20 pounds = $20.00,

 20 - 25 pounds = $31.00,

25 - 30 pounds = $35.00,

30 - 35 pounds = $38.00,

35 - 40 pounds = $40.00,

40 - 50 pounds = $46.00,

50 - 60 pounds = $54.00,

60 - 70 pounds = $62.00,

70 - 85 pounds = $71.00,

85 - 100 pounds = $77.00,

100 - 150 pounds = $91.00,

150 - 200 pounds = $150.00,

200 and higher is $200.00 or maybe calculated at the time of purchase due to method of shipping.

Only items that are over sized, bulky, heavier or over 72" in length, such as some of our garden tools, rain barrels or some composters, may require an extra shipping charge to cover the additional charges by the shipper. These charges, if any, are indicated at check out as frieght. 

Most items are shipped either the same day or within 3 business days.  Delivery time is normally 5 to 8 business days.  Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple cartons. As a result, you may not receive your complete order on the same day.

Products on the web site are generally available, unless noted otherwise. If an item is ever out of stock, you will be notified and have the opportunity to cancel your order.

Shortages, Damages And Problems:

E-mail Utopia Gardens™ within 7 days of receipt of your purchase of any problems so that we may resolve the issue promptly. In the case of a damaged shipment, indicate "damaged" when signing for the package. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise until claim is resolved. Photo verification may be required.

Return And Credit Policy:

If it is a mistake on the part of Utopia Gardens™, we will give you a full refund and return merchandise freight will be paid by Utopia Gardens™. If it is your mistake, then you will be responsible for all of the shipping and handling charges as well as a 20% restocking fee and credit card companies processing charges. Also, the item must be in saleable condition. Returns will not be reimbursed or credited without prior contact with us within 7 days of receipt and/or authorization from us.  The easiest way to arrange a return is by email.
